Dalam hal kerjasama, saat ini terdapat kontrak-kontrak baik riset dan nonriset yang dilakukan oleh tim PUI Produk Pangan dan Suplemen Kesehatan untuk Kondisi Degeneratif Universitas Surabaya, yaitu:

Kontrak Riset Nasional

1. Jamoe-DB: Transformasi Database Herbal Berbasis Artificial Intelligence untuk Pengembangan Produk Baru.
2. Perjanjian Kerjasama Penelitian Kultur Jaringan Akar Jahe Merah antara PT Bintang Toedjoe dengan LPPM Universitas Surabaya.
3. Perjanjian kerjasama dengan PT Japfa Comfeed berupa Poliphenol from Agrowaste.

Kontrak Riset  Internasional

1. Antara School of Life Science Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University dengan Fakultas Teknobiologi Ubaya (tim PUI) dalam bentuk kolaborasi riset dan publikasi dengan fokus: Herbal component extraction techniques, Preparation and quality evaluation of high-end food formulations, Research on the generally regarded as safe bacteria and yeasts, and developing related new products, Functional food in treating/helping cancers and chronic diseases recovering, Active enzymatic study, High-tech agricultural applications, Utilization of microorganisms for renewable energy production, Genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic studies in health and disease.
2. Antara School of Life Science Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University dengan Fakultas Farmasi Ubaya (tim PUI) dalam bentuk kolaborasi riset dan publikasi dengan fokus: Herbal component extraction techniques, Analysis, quality control, and discovery of potential active ingredients in herbs, Preparation and quality evaluation of high-end food and pharmaceutical formulations, Research on the activity of traditional herbal medicine and development of new products, Functional terpenoids drug synthesis/biosynthesis and development, Research on the generally regarded as safe bacteria and yeasts, and developing related new products, Functional food in treating/helping cancers and chronic diseases recovering, Active enzymatic study, High-tech agricultural applications, Utilization of microorganisms for renewable energy production, Genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic studies in health and disease.
